Job summary

Gilbane Building Co. is seeking a Project Executive to lead a large project team on-site, guiding overall direction, schedule, and financial outcomes. This role sits primarily on the job site with occasional office travel for trainings and meetings.

You will assemble and mentor high-performing teams, drive safety and quality, coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors, and develop strategic plans to win work and maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Requirements include a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 10–15 years of experience.
• Strong technical and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads the project team, guiding direction, schedule, and financial outcomes.
• Ensures safety, quality, and compliance across the project.
• Negotiates contracts and manages subcontractor relationships.
