Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior Project Executive to lead and manage large, complex construction projects across multiple locations nationwide, including Florida. The role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and the ability to relocate or travel as needed to drive project success.

You will direct project teams, coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and internal functions, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance, while growing our regional network

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety.
• Verifies project financial forecast accuracy and billings.
• Ensures a project-specific quality plan aligned with owner contract documents.
• Provides leadership to motivate the project team and maintain a positive work environment.
• Directs supervision of project administration, superintendents, and engineers.
• Negotiates contracts and leads risk mitigation and buyout processes.
• Ensures project compliance with insurance and bonds.
• Oversees schedule planning and management across multiple projects.
• Develops local market networks and partnerships with sales teams.
