Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to lead large-scale electrical construction projects from inception through completion.

You will manage cross-functional teams, align budgets with schedule, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical systems, construction management, and leadership of multi-million dollar projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years in construction project management, with electrical systems focus.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and electrical design tools.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure electrical systems meet project specs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Supervise and coordinate project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet standards and client expectations.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on schedule and budget.
• Ensure all activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
