Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5 years PM experience in electrical field preferred.
• Completion of, or initiative to enroll in, an approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects to ensure safety, profitability, timely completion and high standards.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities, network, and maintain customer relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects with on-site supervision of crews and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Review project documents, plans and specifications; direct construction activities; resolve issues; coordinate field installations and closings; maintain client relations within time, cost and quality constraints.
• Visit various jobsites to monitor progress, engage with crew and clients, and promote safe behavior.
• Develop and maintain strong client relations to ensure project cost, time, and quality targets are met.
