Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to oversee construction, PM, and admin activities across assigned projects. This role maintains budgets, timelines, and profitability while implementing corporate policies aligned with Rosendin’s mission.

You will manage client relations, subcontractors, and change orders, mentor PM staff, and promote safety, quality, and cost-effective delivery on active sites with 10–25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management, preferably electrical construction.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.
• PE license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for client management, procedural issues, financial and reporting issues, and workforce planning.
• Manage workload, development, and client development for project management staff.
• Lead safety, quality, and profitability initiatives and manage subcontractor/vendor relationships.
• Lead project start-up meetings; conduct monthly project reviews and close-out meetings.
