• 15+ years of experience in a Superintendent role.
• Proven track record of quality construction and leadership.
• Excellent knowledge of construction management, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining the project master schedule, including 6-week look-ahead schedules.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers, including junior superintendents, field engineers, and field staff.
• Review contract documents for quality discrepancies and communicate corrective actions to management and design team.
• Participate in scope reviews prior to contract award.
• Assist Project Management with long-lead material procurement.
• Lead site meetings with client and design team and document meeting minutes.
