Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering/architectural training with 15 years of building construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles.
• Awareness of Turner accounting procedures and installation methods.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform constructability review during preconstruction on assigned projects and assist GMP/estimate preparation.
• Understand and apply national and local building codes and Turner policies.
• Monitor and assist in development, training and evaluation of engineering personnel.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, ethics and compliance requirements at all times.
• Manage rollout of new technologies onto Turner jobsites and share best practices.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers and lead project meetings to discuss risks and challenges.
