Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in construction engineering or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Review moderately complex technical aspects of construction projects and support safe execution on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve moderately complex technical challenges and keep projects on track.
• Review construction drawings, submittals, and change orders for accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Support the implementation of project controls, including schedule tracking and cost monitoring.
• Prepare and present progress reports and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks on projects through field analysis and engineering solutions.
• Support less experienced project team members in resolving moderately complex project issues and provide guidance on safety and quality standards.
