Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Construction Project Engineer to support large industrial projects across the Western United States. You’ll contribute from pre-construction through completion, coordinating with management, field teams and suppliers to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Core duties include managing scopes, schedules and budgets, reviewing drawings, handling RFIs and submittals, and guiding subcontractors to meet project requirements while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE/ME or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or EPC delivery.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and cost management knowledge.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple work packages.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned construction scopes from planning through project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain schedules.
• Support procurement activities, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules; resolve issues.
• Review drawings, specifications, and field work for compliance with requirements.
• Assist with planning, permitting, site logistics, and coordination activities.
• Perform site inspections and JHAs to promote safety.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, procurement, and field operations.
