They seek a Senior Manager – Construction, Self-Perform Electrical to lead the electrical self-perform organization across major industrial construction, plant modifications and shutdown work. This is a senior, hands-on field leadership role.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in construction supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical self-perform construction across Nevada.
• Manage Superintendents and multiple field crews.
• Own safety, schedule, budget, staffing and productivity.
• Deliver electrical, MEP and process-related scopes.
• Coordinate plant shutdowns and operational milestones.
• Resolve constructability, design and field issues.
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement and Project Controls.
• Drive projects from preconstruction through completion and start-up.
• Coach and develop field leadership and trades teams.
