• Contract management and project delivery expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural steel erection projects from start to finish.
• Plan labour, equipment, materials, and project resources.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate clients, fabricators, field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Handle RFIs, RFQs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Ensure quality, safety, and successful project delivery.
