DPR Construction is seeking a capable professional to drive successful project delivery in California. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, analyzing metrics, resolving moderately complex issues, and sharing knowledge to elevate team performance while advancing safety and quality throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field is required.
• 4–6 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; OSHA 30 completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews moderately complex technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality benchmarks; maintain field presence for safe execution and planning.
• Coordinates with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve moderately complex technical challenges, ensuring productivity and progress.
• Reviews and provides feedback on construction drawings, submittals, and change orders for accuracy and alignment with goals.
• Supports project controls including schedule tracking and cost monitoring to enable timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Prepares and presents progress reports and technical documentation for stakeholders.
• Identifies and mitigates risks through field analysis and engineering solutions.
• Supports less experienced team members in resolving moderately complex issues and provides technical safety/quality guidance.
