You will collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met while maintaining rigorous safety practices.

The role emphasizes reviewing drawings and specifications, tracking progress, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 0–4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project goals.
• Maintains regular field presence to support safe work execution and attends safety meetings.
• Coordinates with project managers and project teams to address technical questions and resolve general project issues.
• Monitors standard project schedules and budgets, tracks labor productivity, and reports variances.
• Supports QA and safety protocols throughout all project phases.
• Prepares and maintains project documentation, including progress reports and technical records.
