Job summary

T1 Construction LLC in Colorado Springs, CO seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead project-specific quality control, schedules, and submittals. You will manage testing, BIM implementation, and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with architects, engineers, and vendors.

The role requires several years of construction engineering management, FAR experience, and a Bachelor’s in Civil/Construction Engineering. Domestic travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years managing construction engineering projects including planning & scheduling, leading a team, budgeting and risk management.
• 2 years working with Federal government contracts (FAR).
• Bachelor's coursework must include engineering fundamentals, core engineering courses, and mechanical engineering topics.

Responsibilities

• Manage Quality Control plans, deficiencies, punch lists, and material deliveries with approved submittals.
• Oversee CPM schedule, submittals log, and milestone schedules; support BIM implementation.
• Prepare financial reporting, budgets, change estimates, and subcontractor invoicing and progress billings.
