Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a project engineer in construction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience managing construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management.
• 2 years working with Federal government contracts (FAR).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control plans.
• Maintain deficiency, discrepancy, and punch lists; oversee material deliveries with submittals.
• Manage testing schedules and results; facilitate BIM implementation and lead meetings.
• Prepare financial reporting, margin analysis, cost estimates, and budgets; handle change estimates and progress billings.
• Draft and track purchase orders, change orders, and payroll documents.
• Oversee contract execution, insurance, bonding, close-out, and pricing deadlines.
