Qualifications

• 15+ years in diverse construction roles and 8+ years in construction management and leading teams.
• Experience leading industrial construction projects end-to-end.
• Familiarity with process systems and proficiency in reading P&IDs.
• OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Guide projects from conception to fruition, ensuring alignment with client and organizational objectives.
• Manage budget, schedule, and scope to meet client expectations and safety standards.
• Lead design-build and EPC projects with a focus on quality, delivery, and risk management.
• Develop proposals, build client relations, and identify new opportunities for the group.
