Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in Geismar, Louisiana is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the total delivery of services for moderately complex projects. The role requires a decade of industrial construction management experience and strong competence in cost, schedule, safety, and quality controls.

You will supervise a small team, coordinate with design leaders and clients, review vendor drawings and submittals, and ensure safety-first execution on site with adherence to Hargrove

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant industrial construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project controls (cost, schedule, quality).
• Ability to lead a small team and manage client relationships.
• Licensed General Contractor preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
