Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close activities.
• Project Accounting & Job Costing: Monitor job costs, labor, equipment usage, subcontractor invoices, and material charges.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly divisional financial statements, variance analyses, and management reporting packages.
• Compliance, Controls & Audit Support: Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-Functional Support: Serve as the primary accounting point of contact for the assigned division.
