SNI Financial in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Accountant to join a fast-paced corporate accounting team. This onsite role supports financial reporting, project cost tracking, and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, 3+ years in construction or multi-entity environments, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. You will collaborate with leadership to drive process improvements and ensure accurate financial

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
3+ years of progressive accounting experience required.
Experience with multi-entity accounting preferred.
Experience supporting project-based organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of journal entries.
Support revenue recognition activities in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank accounts.
Review project-related billings and payment documentation.
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions.
Prepare regulatory filings and tax-related reports.
Assist with annual audits and tax preparation.
Help develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to management and operational teams.
