Job summary

F.H. Paschen is seeking an experienced superintendent to oversee all field operations at a project site in a hands-on leadership role.

You will supervise subcontractors and trade employees, implement safety and quality programs, and coordinate with owners and designers to keep the project on track. The ideal candidate brings a four-year engineering or construction management degree, at least two years of supervisory experience, and OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of two years diverse supervisory experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of project site.
• Develop site-specific safety plan and monitor compliance.
• Coordinate with trades, subcontractors and other contractors on-site.
• Plan and supervise schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment for self-performing work.
• Maintain project documentation including JHA's, QC checklists, daily reports and RFIs.
• Produce/look ahead schedules and ensure execution aligns with completion dates.
