Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee seeks a Senior Construction Services Manager to bridge construction and the first cup. You will lead the construction support team through new builds, scrapes-and-rebuilds, and major renovations to deliver brand-standard facilities on time and under budget.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Design, Real Estate, Finance, and external partners, leveraging Procore or Lucernex data to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive commercial construction experience, preferably in QSR or retail.
• Experience leading and developing a construction support team with prioritization and SLAs.
• Ability to evaluate, streamline, and improve construction processes with scalable tools.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, variance analysis.
• Experience supporting value engineering while balancing design, quality, schedule, and ops.
• Solid understanding of architectural and MEP design impacts on construction.
• Proficiency with construction/project management platforms (Procore, Lucernex) to drive decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills for analyzing complex project/financial data and reporting.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects.

Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management: lead the Construction Coordinator team to support field Construction Teams.
• Vendor & GC Oversight: qualify, bid, and manage GCs and specialty vendors.
• Budget & Cost Control: manage Total Project Cost and change orders with accurate cost data.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: serve as liaison between Real Estate, Design, Equipment Purchasing, and Franchisees/Operations.
• Quality Assurance: conduct site visits to ensure structural integrity and brand compliance.
• Timeline Compression: identify bottlenecks and accelerate construction schedules.
