Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee planning, design, and execution of projects for company-owned locations in the assigned region, coordinating between Real Estate and Construction with oversight from the Director.

This role requires strong project management experience in high-volume QSR settings, travel up to 50–60%, and willingness to relocate to cover the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in project management for high-volume QSR restaurants.
• Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management preferred.
• Understanding site evaluation, due diligence (zoning, title, physical characteristics) and construction best practices.
• Experience with budgets and milestone/schedule development.
• Willingness to travel regularly to assigned locations; overnight travel up to 50–60%.
• Must reside in or relocate to the assigned region and have driving ability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce project timelines and budgets within bounds.
• Review construction plans, phasing, and schedules while monitoring budgets and progress.
• Review feasibility analyses, permitting, design, and construction of new stores and special projects.
• Expedite development timelines by coordinating with Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, and Governmental Agencies.
• Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors; ensure customer service in all phases.
• Lead/participate in meetings with Real Estate, Operations, Construction, Store Planning, Merchandising, and Signing.
• Provide guidance to general contractors and outside agencies; oversee remodels and equipment installations.
• Manage multiple projects in a team-based environment and ensure branding compliance.
