Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee planning, design, and execution of workflows for company-owned locations within the assigned region. You will facilitate communication between Real Estate and Construction with guidance from the Director, and ensure project timelines and budgets are managed effectively.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management for high-volume QSRs, a related Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel regularly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in QSR restaurants.
• Experience with budgets, milestones, schedules, and construction timelines.
• Willingness to travel regularly to assigned locations and up to 50–60% travel may be required.
• Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee workflows for company-owned locations in the assigned region.
• Communicate between Real Estate and Construction departments with guidance from the Director.
• Review plans, phasing, and schedules; monitor budgets and progress.
• Coordinate with outside Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, and Government Agencies.
