Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to join our team. You will create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs, overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout.

The role involves schedule consulting at the program level, coordinating with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity. The successful candidate will bring 5–7 years of scheduling experience in construction, preferably with data centers or critical

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of applicable scheduling experience.
• Data Center experience is strongly desired.
• AACE scheduling certification is preferred.
• Experience building a complex master schedule.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and contracting.
• Ability to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.

• Implementing best practices and reporting trends for schedules.
• Create and analyse project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for a portfolio of projects.
• Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.
• Create, manage, and oversee schedules using critical path method.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to maintain schedule integrity.
• Produce 1, 3, 6 month look-ahead schedules from P6 for reporting.
• Develop end-to-end master schedules using rolling wave planning and detailed construction schedules.
• Monitor and report on schedule risks and potential delays.
