• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (required).
• Master’s degree in CM, Engineering, Business, or Public Administration (optional).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction or program management.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and governance for multiple concurrent construction projects within a defined capital program.
• Establish program management plans, policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Lead planning, feasibility studies, master planning, project phasing, and site logistics.
• Oversee design management, permitting, and stakeholder coordination; ensure designs meet objectives and budget.
• Monitor contractor performance, scheduling, cost control, and change management.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and close-out activities.
• Manage program budgets, cash flows, and funding allocations; track schedule performance.
