Job summary

USK Technologies is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in Houston to lead capital projects including new construction, facility renovations, expansions, and MEP infrastructure for a major energy-sector account.

The role requires 5+ years in construction/project management with supervisory experience, and a proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Project Management).
• 5+ years in construction/project management; 3+ years supervisory construction experience.
• Experience with new construction, renovations, and MEP infrastructure; OSHA 30 or ability within 120 days.

Salary: $101,000-$135,000 annually

• Review contractual scope, field directives, and scheduling changes
• Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and change orders
• Lead project-progress meetings and stakeholder communications
• Monitor project financials, materials, equipment, and delivery timelines

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of construction/project management experience
• 5+ years of management experience
• 3+ years of supervisory construction experience
• 3+ years in facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering services
• Experience with new construction, renovations, and MEP infrastructure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam experience preferred
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain it within 120 days
