Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and oversee project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Mentor Project Managers and promote accountability.
• Monitor financial performance and productivity using KPIs.
• Partner with operations and executive management to ensure project success.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery.
