Vertisystem, a leader in enterprise real estate services, seeks an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead corporate real estate and capital construction projects in California. You will manage delivery from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on project leadership, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and concise executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• Full construction lifecycle delivery and hands-on project management.
• Experience budgets, cost tracking, forecasting & capital project financials.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder mgmt.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

This is a hands-on project delivery role requiring strong experience managing projects from pre-construction through completion and financial closeout.

Ideal candidates will have experience with commercial office construction, corporate facilities, data centers, building construction, sustainability, electrification, solar, or capital projects.

Note: This role requires a strong hands-on Construction Project Manager with direct project delivery experience. Candidates with primarily PMO, space planning, occupancy planning, or workplace operations experience may not be a fit.
