Job summary

USK Technologies is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in Houston to lead capital projects including new construction, facility renovations, expansions, and MEP infrastructure for a major energy-sector account.

The role requires 5+ years in construction/project management with supervisory experience, and a proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Project Management).
• 5+ years in construction/project management; 3+ years supervisory construction experience.
• Experience with new construction, renovations, and MEP infrastructure; OSHA 30 or ability within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Review scope, field directives, and scheduling changes; prepare cost estimates and change orders.
• Lead project-progress meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project financials, materials, equipment, and delivery timelines.
