Job summary

RWE Design Build is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Tampa, FL. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, mentoring teams, and delivering results on time and on budget.

You will manage multiple projects, review drawings and contracts, and coordinate cross-functional teams while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of project management experience in commercial/healthcare construction or design-build.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed; authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, complex healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
