Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial and institutional construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to work on-site daily in Fort Myers, FL.
• Proven leadership and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, and MS Office.
