Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Sr. Process Manager II - Construction Procurement to lead and optimize enterprise procurement methods across capital projects, ensuring compliance and partner alignment.

You will analyze current workflows, design future-state processes, and guide cross-functional teams through standardization, rollout, training, and continuous improvement across SAP and Procore ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area.
• 7+ years of experience in construction procurement or related fields.
• Experience creating SOPs, maps, and governance for procurement processes.
• Proficiency with SAP or Procore and related procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the entire construction procurement cycle, including sourcing readiness, PO management, supplier onboarding, and closeout.
• Design, document, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, workflows, RACI models, and governance controls.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Construction, and other teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Support SAP/Procore integration by defining requirements, data handoffs, roles, and reporting needs.
• Develop training materials and communication plans to ensure adoption of new processes.
