Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Scheduling, Project Controls, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years leading project controls, scheduling, or construction management functions on large capital projects.
• 8+ years supporting semiconductor manufacturing facilities or related high-tech industrial projects.
• 10+ years building, leading, and developing high-performing construction teams.
• Expertise in project controls, scheduling, risk management, change management, and partner engagement within complex construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the U.S. Project Controls team, providing technical mentorship, coaching, and strategic direction across major capital construction programs.
• Establish and maintain project controls standards, critical metrics, risk management processes, reporting frameworks, and change management practices.
• Drive multi-functional collaboration with engineering, construction, procurement, commissioning, operations, contractors, and end users to achieve key project achievements.
• Lead all aspects of project controls execution, including schedule development, performance monitoring, resource planning, and consultant management.
• Advance continuous improvement and AI-enabled solutions that improve reporting, forecasting, and project controls efficiency.
