Qualifications

Five years' experience in Corporate Communications, Executive Communications, Internal Communications, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related area, including proven leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Public Relations or related field.
Experience in managing and developing teams across locations and cultures; adapt to evolving conditions.
Proven ability to guide c-suite and senior leaders with persuasive strategic stories and executive communications.
Experience directing large-scale organizational communications, executive engagement efforts, and supplier-facing messaging.

Responsibilities

Develop and complete Global Procurement's communication strategy, editorial framework, and messaging architecture aligned with GP's vision and goals.
Establish communication priorities and roadmaps for consistent messaging across functions and suppliers.
Prepare executive communications, leader messages, talking points, and strategic narratives for CPO and senior leadership.
Lead and develop a high-performing global communications team across regions.
Translate business priorities into consistent, scalable, and actionable communications for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with Global Communications & Marketing, Government & Public Affairs, and GP to improve message consistency.
Shape executive communications, thought leadership, and narratives to influence decisions and advance GP priorities.
Oversee leader communications and governance to ensure timely, aligned messaging across the organization.
Develop measurement strategies and use feedback to improve communication outcomes and business impact.
Drive integration of AI-enabled communications strategies and data-driven insights.
