Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Finance or a related area
• 7+ years of relevant experience in construction procurement, procurement ops, contract administration, end-to-end supply network coordination, capital project delivery, commercial management, process improvement and governance
• Experience assessing business processes, identifying gaps, establishing controls, and driving process improvement through SOPs, maps, governance and training
• Proficiency with SAP or Procore, procurement reporting tools, workflow solutions, or similar technologies
• AI proficiency or AI-enabled ways of working is required (Cloud Assist, Procore AI, LLMs etc.)

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for and consistently enhance the entire construction procurement cycle, including sourcing readiness, requisitioning, PO mgmt, supplier onboarding, buyout tracking, contract administration, invoicing, payments, change orders, closeout.
• Design, document, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, workflow diagrams, RACI models, decision matrices, approvals, and governance for construction procurement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable process solutions.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, regulatory risks, unclear handoffs, duplicated work, and automation opportunities.
• Support SAP/Procore process integration by defining requirements, data handoffs, roles, reporting, and workflow controls.
• Establish process benchmarks, compliance controls, dashboards, and governance routines to monitor adoption and performance.
• Develop training materials, templates, onboarding guides to drive adoption of procurement processes and systems.
• Lead initiatives to transform processes from current-state to future-state with alignment and implementation support.
• Support supplier governance with classification, sourcing compliance, contract deliverables, and documentation requirements.
• Provide problem-solving support for root-cause analysis and governance decisions related to construction procurement execution.
