Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 7+ years in construction procurement or related areas.
• Experience assessing processes, gaps, controls, and SOP-based improvements.
• Proficiency with SAP, Procore, and procurement/workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the entire construction procurement cycle.
• Design, document, and maintain SOPs, RACI models, and governance controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and project teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Identify gaps and automation opportunities across procurement workflows.
• Support SAP/Procore integration with clear business requirements and data handoffs.
• Develop training materials to promote consistent adoption.
