Project Controls team, directing scheduling, risk management, and reporting for large capital expansion projects across multiple sites. You will establish standards, drive collaboration across engineering, procurement, and operations, and implement AI-enabled processes to improve forecasting and control effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Scheduling, Project Controls, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years leading project controls, scheduling, or construction management functions on large capital projects
• 8+ years supporting semiconductor manufacturing facilities or related high‑tech projects
• 10+ years building, leading, and developing high‑performing construction teams
• Expertise in project controls, scheduling, risk management, change management, and partner engagement

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the U.S. Project Controls team, providing technical mentorship, coaching, and strategic direction across major capital construction programs
• Establish and maintain project controls standards, critical metrics, risk management processes, reporting frameworks, and change management practices
• Drive multi-functional collaboration with engineering, construction, procurement, commissioning, operations, contractors, and end users to achieve key project achievements
• Lead all aspects of project controls execution, including schedule development, performance monitoring, resource planning, and consultant management
• Advance continuous improvement and AI-enabled solutions that improve reporting, forecasting, and project controls efficiency
