Job summary

MCL Construction in Omaha, NE seeks an experienced Project Executive to lead multiple complex commercial projects. You’ll own safety, schedule, quality, and financial performance while strengthening client relations and guiding project teams from preconstruction through closeout.

You’ll mentor Project Managers, drive pursuit strategies, and help shape company growth across portfolios. With 10+ years in commercial construction and a track record of delivering on large-scale implementations,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
• Proven experience leading multiple complex commercial projects with accountability for financial performance, teams, risk, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, cost control, resource planning, and operational performance.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project teams.
• Strong track record of building client relationships that generate repeat business.
• Experience leading pursuit strategy, proposals, client presentations, and project interviews.
• Experience with CMAR, Design-Build, GMP, or other integrated project delivery methods.
• Healthcare, mission critical/data center, federal, education, or other technically complex commercial project experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex commercial projects, owning safety, quality, schedule, financial performance, and client satisfaction across your portfolio.
• Drive portfolio performance by proactively managing risk, resources, profitability, and project health.
• Provide strategic direction to Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams from preconstruction through closeout.
• Build trusted client relationships that strengthen partnerships and generate repeat business.
• Lead and develop Project Managers and project teams while building the next generation of leaders.
• Drive pursuit strategy, proposals, and client presentations to help win the right work.
• Partner across MCL to drive operational excellence and help shape company strategy and growth.
