Job summary

MCL Construction in Omaha, NE seeks a Project Manager to own commercial projects from kickoff to closeout. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure schedule and budget adherence, and uphold quality and safety standards in a collaborative culture.

The role requires a strong background in construction management, 8+ years experience, and a track record of delivering complex projects. This is a Full-Time position with a focus on client relationships and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural).
• 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with 3+ years in a Project Manager role.
• Experience with GMP and CMAR delivery methods is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in budgets, contracts, and project controls.
• Strong communication and leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end from kickoff through closeout.
• Drive execution against schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks.
• Anticipate risk and make proactive decisions to protect the project.
• Manage contracts, cost controls, documentation, and reporting.
• Build and align the team with stakeholders; hold them accountable.
• Represent MCL in the community and maintain client relationships.
