Job summary
Endeavor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead owner-side tenant improvements, interior buildouts, and tenant-facing project delivery for a multi-million-square-foot portfolio. This high-visibility role covers budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor and vendor management, and coordination between leasing and construction teams to drive projects to finish on time and on budget.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of PM experience in institutional CRE and a degree in Construction Management,
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in CRE
- Institutionally-minded CRE developer/owner or large GC experience
- Experience providing planning and support for capital improvement and rehabilitation projects, including documentation management
- Exposure to contract negotiation, procurement coordination, and reporting
- Commercial office experience required
Responsibilities
- Lead owner-side tenant improvements and interior buildouts
- Oversee budgeting, project timelines, and reporting
- Manage subcontractors and vendors throughout projects
- Bridge leasing and construction teams to drive projects to finish
- Coordinate across the organization to move projects through the finish line
