Job summary

Newmark Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead office space projects, major tenant improvements, site work and space reconfiguration from planning through delivery.

You will serve as primary client contact and ensure fiduciary and schedule compliance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of PM experience, with knowledge of leasing, construction management, and the ability to manage a portfolio of projects with direct reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Facilities Management or Construction management.
• 8+ years of related Project Manager experience.
• Knowledge of leasing and construction management.
• Experience managing a portfolio of multiple projects with direct reports.
• Valid state real estate license where required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets and financial terms.
• Understanding and knowledge of regulations to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all related contracted services including architectural, engineering, construction and relocation services (including furniture procurement and installation).
• Monitor all phases of a project and address changes to scope, schedule, and budget; continually assess project needs and resources.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management, IS, Multimedia, Mail Services, Copier Services, Amenities and Security as needed.
• Provide and/or review the accuracy of project materials.
• Work with management and client to determine project budgets.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
