Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager, Construction Asset Improvements based at our Costa Mesa, CA headquarters. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in construction teams.
• In-depth knowledge of construction means, methods, MEP systems, and codes.
• Full life cycle knowledge from site selection to facilities integration.
• Ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Strong communication across levels of organization.
• CPM scheduling, document review, and contract administration proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
• U.S. Person required due to export-controlled information access.
