Qualifications

• HVAC/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction PM degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in relevant industry roles or a combination thereof.
• Applied HVAC and chiller technical experience highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, mentoring ability, and influence without authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages multi‑million dollar cooling solution projects for key strategic accounts.
• Leads a multi‑function project team through all project phases and acts as primary contact for stakeholders.
• Assesses scope, cost, and schedule via contracts, pre‑bid meetings, and internal reviews.
• plans, tracks, and communicates project progress, risks, and change orders.
• Oversees commissioning, startup, and performance validation; ensures on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.
