- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage contracts, negotiations, and relationships with stakeholders.
- Read blueprints and ensure compliance with codes.
- Coordinate construction teams and procurement of materials.
- Handle change orders and project estimations.
- Represent owner in all aspects of construction and bidding.
