Job summary
Jobot, an Owner's Rep project management firm and trusted Fortune 500 partner in the Bay Area, seeks a Project Manager for its Commercial Construction division. You will oversee, plan, and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish with accountability for time, budget, and deliverables.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction management, experience with TI projects, strong leadership, and excellent communication.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction management, including TI projects for Fortune 500 firms.
- Proven skills in risk and contract management, procurement, and cost control.
- Ability to read blueprints, interpret codes, and manage budgets and schedules.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all project life cycle stages from conception to completion.
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead contracts, negotiations, and relationships with clients and subs.
- Coordinate construction teams and ensure safety and quality compliance.
