Job summary

Mid-States Concrete Industries is seeking a Project Manager in Beloit, WI to serve as the central point of communication for project information across departments and with customers. This role manages all processes for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, safety, quality, and craftsmanship.

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for client from project award through closeout.
• Coordinate with production schedules and communicate updates to the customer.
• Ensure change orders are approved by the client and tied to payments.
• Review takeoffs, project specs, and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Lead kickoff meetings and maintain required project documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Drafting, Production, and Installation teams.
