Job summary

Vistra Corporate Services Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager for construction projects across the Vistra fleet, including thermal, solar, and storage technologies. You will lead construction activities, supervise site managers and engineers, and ensure safety, on-time, and on-budget project completion to meet design specs and fleet standards.

The role requires strong leadership, EPC contract negotiation, and ability to coordinate with project managers, engineers, and commissioning

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in power generation operations, maintenance, engineering, budgeting, and contractor management.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities; strong team-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and work long hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale construction projects from conception to final completion.
• Negotiate EPC contracts and plan construction activities per Vistra standards.
