Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience in power generation operations, maintenance, engineering, budgeting, and contractor management.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal skills and problem solving.
• Willing to travel and work long hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Vistra construction projects from conception to completion.
• Negotiate EPC contracts and plan construction activities to Vistra standards.
• Provide staffing and develop site execution plans and trackers.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with safety and performance compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners; manage contractors and reports.
