Qualifications

• 6+ years of power generation or equivalent energy industry experience and project management.
• 10+ years in Construction Management for large power plant projects.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ANSI, ACI, NEC, etc.
• Ability to manage large contract scope.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further degree/certs are relevant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field construction aspects including budgets and schedules.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables for non-EPC scope.
• Interpret EPC contracts and coordinate with main contractor through operation.
• Report progress and budget matters to management via standard processes.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and site operations teams.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
• Coordinate plant turnover with operations staff.
