Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act in an owner's representative capacity for clients through all phases of large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Review documents for constructability, scope, and value engineering opportunities.
• Evaluate and process contractor bids, pay applications, change orders, and contingency usage for GMP contracts.
• Manage and track complex budgets and provide financial reporting to clients.
• Identify and mitigate risks and oversee projects via site visits.
